Fundraising for Imogen

My close friend at Uni, Sophie, contacted me to ask me to share some pages Fundraising for a little girl on Facebook and Twitter, which some of you may have seen. After hearing the story, I have decided to share these pages on my blog and ask Sophie to say a little bit about Imogen and her story because, for me, a healthy 20 year old girl, it is one that I needed to share as I cannot even imagine what Imogen is going through and I cannot believe how brave she is being. I have never met Imogen but I think it is a story that will make you think twice, as it did me.

At just 7 years old, Imogen was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, cancer! Imogen has received various treatments including chemotherapy. Sadly the previous treatments have been unsuccessful, however on Wednesday, Imogen will be starting a new treatment. Fingers crossed this one is successful. This fundraising page is to provide Imogen and her family with the money to be able to achieve some of the things Imogen had written on her 'when I get better' list! She would love to go to Disney Land, Paris when she is better. The money may also be needed for other treatments, that may involve Imogen having to travel to America to receive the treatment she needs. If anyone could spare even £1, it would mean the world to Imogen and her family.

If you would like to know more about Imogen's story, here are the relevant pages for you to visit, and donate if you would like to:
