Canterbury | Club Burrito

Club Burrito caught mine and Dan's eye ages ago, when it first opened in Canterbury. However, due to the constant flow of Tesco vouchers for meals out (thanks mum and dad!) we never got round to go - why pay when you know you can eat out for free? After the summerball though, we decided that actually, we would give Club Burrito a go! With only a week left in Canterbury, I really wanted to make the most of what the city had to offer...

We were far from disappointed, and only wish we had been sooner! There was a wide range of meats to choose from, with a veggie option too, so it catered for everyone. You could also have a variety of different dishes - although we opted for the burrito of course.

Both Dan and I both went for the marinated chicken. It was so gorgeous! Not at all dry, and so very tasty. It was definitely the right decision. Not to mention the vast range of other toppings you could have alongside your meat - I think mine had rice, lettuce, peppers, onions, black beans, salsa and a sauce in it - all for £6.50, although I believe prices do vary depending on what meat you decide to go for!

The portion sizes were beyond huge, but this just meant more food for Dan so he definitely wasn't complaining. Not only was the food to die for, but the interior (and exterior for that matter) was really fresh and unique - I loved it. This is definitely somewhere to head to if you are ever lucky enough to visit Canterbury.

Do you like mexican food? Have you ever been to Club Burrito?

  1. I LOVE Mexican food, although I always opt for the quesadillas over a burrito, the rice just makes a burrito a little bit too heavy for one person doesn't it? Thank god for our boyfriends huh? Xx

    1. Mexican is amazing! I do know what you mean, but I love the taste so much. Yes thank goodness - keeps them happy too because they just get extra food! XX
